Frequently asked questions
What is the Washable Wool Filled Mattress Pad made of and how does that affect daily use?
The pad has a 100% organic cotton Cloud Soft Organic Sateen shell and a wool blend filling (85% NATIVA wool from Uruguay and 15% plant-based batting). This combination provides breathable comfort, natural temperature regulation, and durable loft that stands up to regular machine washing.
How does this Coyuchi pad feel and look on a bed?
It offers a plush, soft feel with even loft from the quilted internal structure, and a clean, natural look thanks to the organic cotton shell and wool fill that maintain loft over time.
What care is required to keep it lofted and soft after washing?
It is designed for easy care: machine washable wool-blend filling with a cold wash, gentle cycle, and tumble dry low; remove promptly to help preserve loft.
Who would benefit most from this mattress pad and who might it not suit?
It suits sleepers who value natural materials, temperature regulation, and easy care, especially in climates where breathability and hypoallergenic features help comfort; those who prefer non-wool fillings or very low-maintenance toppers might want a different option.
What room settings or bed setups is it best paired with?
Great for bedrooms seeking natural bedding and a softly heated feel, and it works well with other Coyuchi toppers in a bed setup that emphasizes durability and easy laundering.
